Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel

Efficient and friendly staff, fantastic food in all restaurants including room service. Clean place with good security. Great coffee and sandwiches at the bakery. Will definitely return.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is within walking distance of many shopping malls and is located in the center of the business district. You can easily walk to Bangkok's nightlife and there is a bridge where you can walk anywhere to all the malls. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities you could think of. The staff is very helpful and efficient, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast is delicious and the facilities, such as the spa, fitness center, and pool, are impressive.

One downside is that the front desk staff can be unhelpful at times, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The room design was outstanding, and the entire facility was excellent. The central location made shopping much easier and enjoyable.

The luxury amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spa center and massage options were a perfect way to unwind after a long day. the pool and sun terrace were a great place to soak up the sun and relax in the beautiful setting. the outdoor dining area was great for enjoying a meal in the fresh air and the packed lunches were convenient for taking on the go. the location advantages were also impressive, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping areas.

The service attitude of some staff members was lacking. I had a poor experience with a front desk employee who was not accommodating when it came to an issue with my reservation.

Amazing service and attention to detail! As a Club room guest, I was treated to a complimentary breakfast and evening canapes in the Grand Club lounge. The staff even were pretty good too make my daughter's birthday extra special with a surprise cake and presents. The facilities, including the spa and club lounge, were great. The location was perfect, with malls and other attractions just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic family vacation.

The hotel is also within walking distance of the Cicada night market, perfect for those looking to explore the local culture. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options to cater to every taste.

The only downside is the occasional noise from the nearby tram, which can be a bit disruptive at times.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt in Bangkok. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Central World. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Western and Asian cuisine. Even though my room wasn't ready when I arrived, the staff were pretty good by offering me an upgrade to the lounge and a late check out. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The accommodation is spacious and comfy, superb breakfast spread, ideal city location, connected to popular malls and skybridge to avoid traffic.

Nothing not to love.

We were pampered in the Spa centre, with massage, sauna and steam room available, as well as the outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and beach umbrellas, which made our leisure time really special. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a night out, with entertainment provided and barbeque grills to complete our dining experience.

There was only one minor issue, which was the poor service provided by the staff. the reception and concierge associates were welcoming, but the bar and restaurant staff could have been more attentive to our needs.

Great location, friendly staff, easy access to shopping and attractions, really good customer service, superb breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was near the airport, close to all the best malls in town, and just a short walk to the Sky Train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great.
